29 people attended the first preseason fitness session last night and it was a huge success.
Run by club player and personal fitness trainer Lizzy Mcphail, players worked hard for an hour learning new stretches, working through ladders, taking on lunges and sprints, racing in teams and playing bulldog.
Everybody had a great fun and had a great work out.
